Garlock (Great Britain) now provides a wider range of spares, for most current and obsolete reciprocating compressors, from stock or within 24 hours.

Increased machining capacity and a larger stores area, a result of its recent move to Elland, West Yorkshire, has allowed Garlock to extend its service.

Holding a databank of over 100,000 compressor component drawings enables Garlock to manufacture parts to meet customers' specific requirements.

In addition components, such as cylinders and piston rings, can be tailor-made to accommodate operational wear and provide increased longevity.

With over 100 years experience in the compressor industry, Garlock has built a knowledge base which enables it to hold accurate stock levels of more commonly required spare parts.

The raw materials held in stock are specifically for high performance applications and include Garlock's own developed products FOF (filled PTFE) and Franlon (filled Peek).

Components catered for include piston rings, rider rings, packing cases, oil wiper cases and compressor valves.

Garlock customers requiring an engineer to assess requirements and to fit parts are now also able to benefit from a 24 hour call out service.
