The PS2300 parallel shaft gearmotor features high continuous-duty torque ratings up to 36Nm and compatibility with all Groschopp AC, PM, and DC brushless motors.

"The PS2300 is ideal for industrial conveyor or commercial garage door applications where high start and stop torque is mandatory", said Greg Pennings, Field Application Engineer for Groschopp.

"Repeated starts and stops as well as continuous torque generate extreme heat and can destroy an average gearmotor with its efficient design and unique use of synthetic lubricants that provide better heat dissipation than standard grease the PS2300 maintains a cool operating temperature", Pennings added.

The PS2300 features rugged powder-coated cast aluminium housing and standard face and foot mounts with custom mounts optional.

Heat-treated hobbed gearing and helical gears provide high continuous torque and yield ratings with quiet operation while internal ball bearings and needle bearings on the output shaft provide substantial overhung load durability.

The PS2300 is available in 13 ratios from 5:1 to 300:1.
