Chemtura has announced worldwide price increases ranging from $0.65/kg to $1.40/kg for some of its brominated flame retardant grades.
Chemtura has announced worldwide price increases ranging from $0.65/kg to $1.40/kg for some of its brominated flame retardant grades effective 1st October 2005, where contracts allow.
This price increase is necessary to restore the business to reinvestment economics and to support our continued strong commitment to advocacy.
Chemtura is a leading global producer of flame retardants with an aggressive commitment to technological innovation and product development.
Its extensive line of products includes bromine-, phosphorus- and antimony-based flame retardants and other synergists, as well as a full line of UV stabilisers, antioxidants, blends and optical monomers.
