After setting the timer and starting the machine, the parts are rotated and continuously sprayed by a powerful high impact, multiple jet, aqueous power wash, heated to approx.
65°C.
After the timed period the cleaned parts very quickly become flash dry ready for removal.
The machine has an effective integral filtration's system, a heated 115 litre capacity wash tank and a powerful pump capable of delivering 70 litres per minute.
It is supplied complete and ready for immediate use with 25 litres of highly concentrated aqueous based cleaner, specially formulated to provide high performance degreasing.
The Formula 750 system is designed to provide a safe, automated, more economical and more efficient alternative to manual cleaning which will improve both productivity and workshop environment, particularly where open top solvent based cleaning tanks are in use.
