Guyson introduces new blast machine
Guyson International has introduced its Model RSSA-8 rotary automatic blast machine, the first in a series with a multiple-axis PC based motion controller.
Components enter the system at a height of 910mm from either a conveyor or by manual loading.
First stage in the process is flood washing as parts are turned through the unperforated section followed by the second stage in the perforated section, where they are spray washed by a series of high intensity V-spray jets that deliver a heated water based cleaning solution.
The spray impinges on all surfaces of the components as they are turned and then hot air washed in the turbo drying chamber prior to discharge.
To maintain cleaning efficiency, a new lever operated drum cleaning feature has been introduced to flush out residual deposits from both perforated and unperforated sections after component-washing operations have ceased. Request a free brochure from Guyson International ...
