Reliable solderless board-to-board
applications
The D01 series from Harwin has been extended to include a range of 2.54mm pitch connectors, offering high reliability for solderless board-to-board applications.
The D01 series from Harwin has been extended to include a range of 2.54mm pitch connectors, offering high reliability for solderless board-to-board applications The range comprises single and dual-in-line modular sockets and terminal strips, available with 4 to 72contact positions
The modular sockets incorporate a gold plated 4-finger Beryllium Copper contact clip, providing high reliability connections.
The housing is manufactured from glass-filled polyester and has a UL94V-0 flammability rating.
Press-fit (compliant) tails eliminate the requirement for soldering, whilst providing a gas-tight termination to a plated through hole.
Compliant tails also enable connectors to be replaced without incurring damage to the plated through hole.
