Harwin's Datamate High Reliability Connector system range is being extended further to include Vertical Surface Mount Connectors, available with 4 to 44 contact positions in dual row format

Datamate is an industry recognised High Reliability Connector system manufactured by Harwin Following the recent successful launch of the Male Crimp series, the Datamate range is being extended further to include Vertical Surface Mount Connectors

Performance levels meet those afforded by the existing range.

The series is available with 4 to 44 contact positions in dual row format, providing a maximum board-to-board stacking height of 7.85mm All connectors are supplied with pick and place caps for automatic placement.

Male and female connectors incorporate location peg contacts for accurate printed circuit board location.

The turned contacts utilise a "button" style surface mount termination, keeping the connector footprint within the housing profile.

Male connectors are available with optional Locking or Friction Latches for added strain-relief.

Female contacts incorporate Harwin's proven 4-finger Beryllium Copper Clip, providing connector endurance and reliability.

Standard packing is 600mm long extruded plastic tubes.
