Based on the company's powerful Nexygen MT software it brings common navigational tools, clear result formats and Microsoft Windows compatibility to benefit many industries.
Chatillon hand-held force gauges are ideal for rapid force testing operations.
Nexygen Gauge is designed to compliment these products by presenting the gauge data in a logical, intuitive manner.
The package uses familiar drop-down menus, cut and paste operations and intelligent prompts to guide even the most inexperienced user.
Results are presented in clear graphs, tables and spreadsheets, and an instant 'pass/fail' notification and colour coded displays help to accelerate analysis times.
Standard mathematical functions are included, and compatibility with Microsoft platforms enables result networking and template definition in Word or Excel, for example.
This new software is ideal for high speed production lines, quality control areas and R and D departments where minimum downtime is vital.
Basic tensile and compression tests formats, including pull to break, pull to limit, compress to rupture and compress to limit are included.
ISO9001 and TickIT approved, Nexygen Gauge will be marketed under the Chatillon brand name.
For international users, multi-lingual support is easy to access, and upgrading to the company's more powerful Nexygen MT software for extra capabilities, such as SPC, is possible.
