The new Han-Power T connector from Harting has been designed for the construction of a serial power bus network in machine building and industrial automation applications.

The new Han-Power T connector from Harting has been designed for the construction of a serial power bus network in machine building and industrial automation applications.

The 'T' functionality of the Han-Power T allows for a number of devices to be connected to a single 500 V power bus.

A serial power bus network greatly decreases installation costs when compared to conventional parallel wiring where devices are individually supplied by separate cables from a central control panel.

The power supply is terminated at the Han-Power T connector by means of a 7-pole terminal block with screw terminals for up to 4.0 mmę wire gauge.

Connection to the device and continuation of the bus is achieved using Harting's Han Q 8/0 connectors.

The compact and space-saving design of the Han-Power T system is an ideal foundation for structured power cabling networks.

Han Power T can be used for networks operating at voltages of up to 500 V, with a current capacity of 25 A for each bus.
