Finger safe module handles 40A at 830V
A connector module that can handle currents of up to 40A at a working voltage of 830V has been added to the Harting Han-Modular range of heavy-duty industrial connectors.
A safe and reliable termination can simply be made with the use of a 2mm hexagonal screw key.
The module also makes it possible to terminate wire gauges up to 10mm2.
The new module has a current rating of 40A per contact with a voltage rating of 690V for pollution degree 3 applications.
The new module can be used in conjunction with any other Han modules, and is suitable for use Han B units as well as with the Han-Modular Compact range of hoods and housings.
The Han-Modular range from Harting is a highly flexible, diverse connector system.
Users can assemble connectors to their own special design requirements and configurations, with modules for power, signal, optical and pneumatic transmission.
