Harting has expanded its family of industrial data interconnection products with a robust overmoulded version of its RJ45 IP20 Ethernet connector for use in industrial environments.

Harting's existing RJ45 data connector is already the smallest Ethernet connector that can be used with AWG 22 cables using IDC technology, and the overmoulded version requires even less space.

A range of 100% tested patch cables based on the overmoulded connector are being offered by Harting in various lengths, rendering field assembly unnecessary.
