The GaugeCalXP is a self-contained precision hydraulic pressure generator intended primarily for the calibration of pressure gauges up to 700bar.

The GaugeCalXP is a self-contained precision hydraulic pressure generator intended primarily for the calibration of pressure gauges up to 700bar.

A reference grade gauge is connected on one port and the gauge to be tested on the other port.

Pressure can be set up quickly and precisely and gauges can be calibrated in less than 10min - 5 to 10 test points increasing and decreasing pressure.

Much faster to use than a dead weight tester, the GaugeCalXP is also faster than most automated pressure controllers.

Operating on a small footprint for portability, this product is a must for those needing to calibrate low cost gauges when seeking or maintaining ISO9001 compliance, and for whom external calibration costs are prohibitive.
