Recently completed by Hawco is a consignment of Flexible Heater Mats, commissioned to fit the underside of a laboratory water bath, with integral half-inch disc temperature limiter.
Recently completed by Hawco is a consignment of Flexible Heater Mats with integral half-inch disc temperature limiter.
The silicone rubber heater mats were commissioned to fit the underside of a laboratory water bath.
The mats were shaped, fitted with the half-inch disc which was then encapsulated in a specially made protective cover.
Flexible, self adhesive or plain, heater mats have fine resistance wires or etched foil circuits encapsulated within them.
They can be made in virtually any shape, even rolled into tubes.
The maximum continuous operating temperature of these mats is 180C allowing a short-term overtemperature excursion up to 230C.
