Hawco's Skorpion air heater provides reliable operation in dusty environments, as well as handling temperatures of up to 650C.
Hawco and Osram Sylvania are offering an accurate, versatile process air heater for applications up to 650C.
The Skorpion air heater provides fully closed-loop PID regulation with a temperature accuracy of +/-1 degree via an on-board controller.
The robust all-metal air source guarantees reliable operation in dusty environments.
An adjustable air damper provides flow control.
An all-in-one process air heater, the Skorpion contains Osram Sylvania's long-life Serpentine heater elements, an air supply, and a 1/32 DIN temperature controller and sensor.
Typical process applications include drying, melting, curing or sealing.
Two versions are available: 1.5kW, 120V and 3.5kW, 240 V.
