Long, medium and short wave infra-red heaters are available using ceramic, quartz and quartz tungsten elements, respectively.
Hawco Control has released infra-red heaters that suit a wide range of industrial process control applications.
The products are manufactured by CeramicX of Ireland and Hawco is also able to offer fully engineered custom solutions for individual heating requirements.
Long, medium and short wave infra-red heaters are available using ceramic, quartz and quartz tungsten elements respectively.
Products feature aluminised steel reflector and projector systems and ceramic terminal blocks.
Custom-designed heating platens/ovens are available.
Applications include vacuum thermoforming, carton sealing, paint curing in automotive body shops, adhesive curing, food warming and printing.
Product Support Engineer, Mark Hudson said: "The high efficiency of these IR heaters enables machine builders to realise real production cycle time savings".
