Flexicold is a software function that automatically adapts to changing working conditions of a refrigerator unit, for example if warm products are placed in the fridge or a door is opened frequently.

Hawco Refrigeration has released LAE's range of refrigeration and thermostatic controls in a redesigned 5 series fascia, combining built-in high-power 16A relays for direct control and the low-cost Universal control for refrigeration and heating applications in one solution.

The new mains power controllers are PTC/NTC-selectable and feature quick programming keys for fast batch programming.

Some models feature Flexicold energy saving technology.

Flexicold is a software function that automatically adapts to changing working conditions of a refrigerator unit, for example if warm products are placed in the fridge or a door is opened frequently.

In such situations, the software will switch to a different set of parameters more suited to dealing with the new conditions.

The software reverts to the main set of operating parameters when the situation returns to normal, using less power.
