Hayes Control Systems is launching a new compact state-of-the-art Beckhoff industrial PC.

The C3620 has been designed for installation to control cabinet walls, hence its sleek yet sturdy frame and size.

The basic unit is a lightweight 10.8kg and the high quality engineering offered by the C3620 guarantees greater functionality than other PC currently available.

Inside the IPC housing is a selection of high specification components, chosen to deliver optimum performance in the toughest of industrial environments.

The C3620 is fitted with either a 500 MHz Intel Celeron or Intel Pentium III processor on a standard ATX motherboard.

This allows 7 plug-in cards, up to 22cm long to be used.

Moreover, there is 64 MB DSRAM DIMM extendable up to 1GB.

Nothing has been left out in terms of equipment options: the C3620 is available with either an alphanumeric PC keyboard or a touch screen making this IPC into an economical top-class performer.

The C3620 also offers UPS (uninterruptible power supply) with a 24V DC power supply unit.

The housing of the C3620 is 380 x 320 mm and opens at the rear for ease of access.

All component parts are accessible including the floppy drive and the power point.

C3620 is protection class IP65 at the front and IP20 at the rear.

The floppy drive is 120 MB, LS 120 and the board locks are simplicity in action and can be actuated without tools.

As with all Beckhoff IPCs available from Hayes control Systems, the C3260 is comprehensively tested for vibration and shock resistance, and offers faultless operation within a temperature range from 0C to 55C with up to 95% non-condensing air humidity.

All these features on the C3260 combine to offer users the reliability and sturdiness necessary for industrial computing.

Behind the 12" TFT display is an IPC which is top of the range and first choice for customers who demand more from their systems.
