Haydonkerk Motion Solutions has introduced the Kerkote and Black Ice coatings for lead-screw assemblies.
These coatings provide permanent lubrication, eliminating the need for external lubrication.
Kerkote and Black Ice TFE reduce friction, improve efficiencies and extend the life of components.
Even lubricant-filled polymer nuts benefit greatly from the additional lubrication.
The maintenance-free Kerkote and Black Ice coatings endure for the life of the product.
Without collecting dirt or debris, they have been shown to extend nut and bushing life by as much as ten times when compared with uncoated screws and shafts.
