Measurement software adds automation option
An EasyScript module for the catmanEasy measurement software enables tasks like measurement, computation and analysis procedures to be automated easily.
Using the PC Card in the MGCplus allows data to be acquired easily and directly onto a PCMCIA hard disk or a Flash card in the MGCplus amplifier system.
Once the data have been acquired measurements can be completed either using the stand-alone method without a PC or the parallel measurement method using both the redundant measurement on PC Card in MGCplus and the hard disk in the PC.
If a user connects to a MGCplus during an on-going PC Card measurement, the status is displayed and enables data acquisition in the device to be monitored.
Measured data stored on the PC Card can be exported using different formats for subsequent analysis.
The latest mathematics module includes the following functions: free computations, frequency analysis, filter and floating average, and strain gauges in experimental stress analysis for easily analysing measured data.
