T12 ensures increased efficiency and safety for measurements in motor and transmission test benches and for the monitoring of pumps.
T12 is the first torque transducer that guarantees results of optimum accuracy over the wide measurement frequency range of 0-6kHz - all the way up to physical limits.
However, T12 provides even more: it's a complete measurement system in a single transducer, including amplifier and control software.
The new Smarttorque product family stands for a method of torque measurement that provides both high accuracy, as well as time and cost savings.

Further it is easily integrated into automation systems and provides maximum safety through many monitoring and diagnosis functions.
In addition to its excellent technical performance features, T12 offers further functions that enable users to save time and costs.
The T12 torque transducer uses modern fieldbus interfaces for quick connection to PLC systems.
Because of its frequency and analogue output, T12 is also optimally fit for use with conventional technologies.
Many monitoring functions, eg recording of minimum and maximum values during measurement, minimise risks and allow users to take a closer look at the quality of their measurements.
The performance features and functions provided by T12 have received highly positive feedback from first users.
Test engineers attach high value to both the many functions T12 provides and its ease of use.
The Technical University of Clausthal, Germany, attests the many advantages of T12 which include last but not least "its easy installation, the digital analysis options and the direct CAN/USB connection to the laptop".
The T12 Assistant software is used for setting up and controlling the T12 torque transducer.
T12 Assistant enables both recorded and computed quantities (eg power) to be visualised.
Configuring the system and assigning parameters is easy.
Warning messages inform of any errors that may have occurred during measurement.
A password is required for changing the default settings and protects against inadvertent changes.
