A fastener developed from experience gained in the Mojave Desert is being used in the construction of a major solar power plant in Egypt.
Lill, who previously worked at Denso Manufacturing in Telford as an Assistant Purchasing Manager, has a strong accountancy background and holds an AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification.
He is also CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing Supply) qualified.
Huck's total commitment to the continuous improvement business methodology is one of the reasons why he was attracted to the job.
