Charlesworth to consolidate
Telford based Huck Fasteners has appointed Sarah Charlesworth to the post of Customer Service Team Leader, with the aim of consolidating its sales order and accounts receivable functions.
Telford based Huck Fasteners, which engineers high-quality, high-performance fastening systems for a variety of applications predominantly in the trailer, commercial vehicle body builder, railcar, truck and auto markets, has appointed Sarah Charlesworth to the post of Customer Service Team Leader, with the aim of consolidating its sales order and accounts receivable functions.
Reporting to UK and European Sales Director Allan Binstead, Charlesworth's key task is to develop her customer service team and reduce Huck's debtor days by 10%.
The team, which currently places and monitors orders will also, once the goods have been shipped, operate the accounts receivable function for its respective UK and European clients.
Charlesworth, who previously worked at Huck for three years as a Credit Controller, feels the organisational change will be of benefit to its customers.
Charlesworth said: "The team are already fully qualified and experienced in customer service and telephone work and are currently undergoing aged debtor analysis training.
As a group they will be multi skilled, as individuals they can offer a familiar point of contact throughout the order process for their particular customer - a personal service if you like".
