Teager takes on UK accounts

Alcoa Fastening Systems has recruited Kevin Teager as UK Account Manager.

Alcoa Fastening Systems (AFS) has appointed Kevin Teager as the company's new UK Account Manager.

29-year-old Teager holds a NVQ Level 2 in engineering and manufacture and a B/TEC HNC in computer aided engineering.

Prior to joining AFS he was an Application Engineer for Caparo Atlas Fastenings, working on a full service contract while seconded to Premier Automotive Group's Land Rover division.

Reporting to Dean Bradley, Sales Manager for UK, Ireland and South Africa, Teager will represent the complete range of AFS products.

Looking forward to developing his role with AFS, Teager said: "Working with my sales and marketing colleagues I aim to continue raising the profile and use of AFS products throughout the UK to make sure that people working in the planning, design and purchasing departments of our current and potential new customers are aware of the quality solutions our range of fasteners can provide".

Commenting on Teager's appointment, Dean Bradley, AFS Sales Manager for UK, Ireland and South Africa, said: "Kevin's ambition to succeed combined with his technical knowledge and experience from working in the automotive industry will be a massive benefit to AFS in offering our customers the best support".
