Ezyclik is a novel one-piece quick-fit nylon hose clamp from HCL Fasteners.
Featuring a patent-pending snap-fit system the Ezyclik provides an extremely secure fit when tightened.
Ideal for securing hoses, the Ezyclik is quick and easy to fit using a choice of hand or air tools, reducing production times and maintenance costs.
Moulded in noncorrosive nylon 6.6, the Ezyclik is impervious to atmospheric conditions making it quick to adjust and easy to remove even after many years in place.
Product safety is also improved, as there are no sharp edges to cause damage to hoses or injury to the operator.
The Ezyclik can be used in applications with pressures up to 14bar and in temperatures from -40 to +150C across a broad range of industries including automotive, white goods, spas, electrical, marine and agricultural.
There are 26 sizes in a range of colours, providing clamping diameters from 8.5 to 45.9mm.
