Baldor UK Ltd and Heason Technologies have signed an agreement appointing Heason as 'Mint Motion Partner' for the Southern Region.

Baldor UK Ltd and Heason Technologies have signed an agreement appointing Heason as 'Mint Motion Partner' for the Southern Region The new agreement covers the Baldor range of intelligent drives and multi-axis motion controllers including the high performance, PC based NextMove PC and NextMove PCI

In addition, Heason has also been appointed the Baldor UK system integrator for the South.

"This agreement adds a range of motion controllers ideally suited to our existing motion control products", said David Wheeler, Heason's managing director.

"As well as expanding our product base, the versatility and capabilities of the Baldor range will play and important role in the expansion of our system building operation.

We also see the in-depth technical support and short lead time on products as major benefits to our service to customers, enhancing our policy of adding value to the products we supply".

Heason's existing range of products include: Harmonic Drive gears, Kollmorgen stepper and servo systems, Bayside planetary servo gearheads, MicroSlide linear/rotary positioning systems, Etel direct drive linear and rotary motor technology and drive electronics, and Nanomotion peizoceramic small size motors for high torque linear and rotary motion.
