Need to position precisiely in high vacuum?
Precision linear motion systems for ultra high vacuum conditions (UHV) have been introduced by Heason Technologies Group.
Heason is now introducing the new AKM servo motors and drives, allowing customers to select from an unprecedented choice of servomotor and drive solutions optimised for particular applications.
Standard AKM motors and drives offer the best of both worlds - the exact specification of a custom solution with the fast delivery times and lower cost of a standard catalogue product.
These new servomotors come in seven flange sizes and a large number of winding options with optional feedback systems.
A special production process facilitates the delivery of different frame lengths, winding versions, fixing methods and connection options, all in the shortest possible time.
The motors have low inertia rotors for high dynamic performance and they exhibit very low cogging.
The standard versions of these motors are fitted with 2-pole hollow shaft resolver feedback.
Alternately they can be fitted with a Smart Feedback device from Danaher motion, or a high resolution EnDat encoder or even a comcoder.
A holding brake can also be fitted as an option.
These motors and drives are the latest world offering from Danaher Motion and are available from Heason Technologies Group in the United Kingdom.
Heason Technologies Group is located in the south of the UK and is a specialist supplier to the mechatronic industry.
Responsible in the UK for the sale of Harmonic Drive gearing systems and planetary gears by Micron, Heason also offers the revolutionary piezo ceramic motors from Nanomotion and the ultra-fast voice coil motors from BEI Kimco.
But Heason is not just about products, as it can develop and build complete motion control systems incorporating the high-precision stage capability of the Danaher Dover facility.
