Scheme covers continued dispensing
Henkel Loctite Adhesives has introduced an Annual Breakdown Cover scheme.
For critical manufacturing applications such as production lines, where output would be seriously affected by the failure of an adhesive or sealant dispensing system, Henkel Loctite Adhesives has introduced an Annual Breakdown Cover scheme The scheme covers any standard Loctite dispensing equipment that is set for a single application of adhesive/sealant

In addition to an annual inspection visit, the scheme provides for a loan unit to be delivered to site in the event of equipment failure.
Providing Henkel Loctite Adhesives is notified of the failure before 3.00pm, a loan unit will be despatched on the same day for overnight delivery.
The failed unit is then returned to Loctite for repair.
Any Loctite labour charges are included in the annual scheme with replacement parts being supplied at a 10% discount.
Prior to joining the scheme the equipment is subject to a precontract review by a trained Loctite engineer and service contracts can be tailored to cover any Loctite dispensing system.
This includes multi-head systems and special purpose equipment, which will be quoted on an individual basis.
The Loctite range of dispensing systems includes simple handheld applicators, semiautomated and fully automated systems, together with special equipment dispensing systems for integration into a production process.
They are fast and simple to operate and require minimal maintenance.
As compared with manual systems, product savings can be as high as 50% with no loss of quality Loctite dispensing equipment is robust and has an excellent record for reliability.
The introduction of the Breakdown Cover scheme provides security and peace of mind for production engineers responsible for critical manufacturing processes.
