Dispenser applies adhesive economically

The Loctite Low Cost syringe dispenser is a compact unit that can dispense directly from syringes and cartridges from 10 to 315ml in size.

Automated systems for dispensing adhesive sealants and similar products can be expensive if the throughput of components is low.

To overcome that difficulty and provide an automated solution where the volume of finished products is small, Henkel Technologies has introduced the Loctite Low Cost syringe dispenser.

Measuring just 235 x 215 x 64mm, the unit can dispense directly from syringes and cartridges from 10 to 315ml in size.

The dispensed volume is controlled by an integral pressure regulator and a dispense timer with a range of 0.01 to 30s.

The continuous vacuum operation eliminates drip and ensures precision applications.
