We are very pleased to introduce Tino Vande Capelle who is one of only 12 TUV certified Functional Safety experts in the World.
His paper will outline a practical approach to risk management and functional safety for end users and system integrators.
This is to be followed by a paper from Simon Taylor of EnvironmentIQ that will outline hazardous substance management using the aerospace industry as an example.
The conference then moves on to describe the process undertaken to assess the installed safety instrumented systems in a Thai Gas Separation Complex by Paul Alton.
This is followed by Dave Waring giving an overview of Mechanical ignition sources and Frank Rohn then explains the benefits of using Asset management and analysis systems.
We close the conference with a demystification of FieldBus standards (IEC 61158-2) using chemical and pharmaceutical industry case studies from Andreas Hennecke of Pepperl and Fuchs.
