Based on the proven GV3 linear guidance system, the Simple Select system comprises four of the most popular sizes of spacer slides.
For design engineers requiring the widest range of options available from a linear motion system, Hepco offers its GV3 range.
For those whose requirements can better be met by a general-purpose, standard assembly, Hepco has now introduced its time-saving Simple Select series.
Based on its proven GV3 linear guidance system, Hepco's new Simple Select comprises four of the most popular sizes of spacer slides.
These are supplied complete with carriages assembled, ready for installation and available ex-stock for despatch in 24 hours or less.
As its name implies, Simple Select is easy to specify and order As Simple Select uses Hepco's proven vee slide technology, it is ideal for high speed and short stroke movements.
All units are fitted with double row bearings for high load capacity and cap seals to prevent dirt ingress and ensure lubrication.
Both features contribute to Simple Select's long and trouble-free working life.
The general-purpose spacer slide is precision cold drawn and hardened on the vee running surface.
This ensures durability and smooth, low friction movement as well as quiet operation.
Installation is also simple and quick.
And, in common with all Hepco slides, Simple Select can be fitted to unmachined surfaces if required.
For application flexibility, the aluminium carriage plates have six fixing holes allowing components to be mounted on the surface.
Naturally, Simple Select has been designed to be fully compliant with the full range of Hepco products including its MCS aluminium profiles.
This combination allows quick and easy creation of dedicated systems.
