Easy selection, good availability and very competitive price characterise this latest introduction.
Ballscrew Premier is a compact range of rolled and ground screws in a single DIN nut format with a range of high lead and miniature screws.
The most popular sises are available ex-stock.
These "rapid dispatch" components are of single nut DIN flange design and incorporate grade C7 rolled screws with nuts that either have A0 controlled play or A1 controlled play.
These ballscrews will suit most applications where medium accuracy and short lead-time are the principal criteria.
For the more preload critical application, HepcoMotion offers the same range with a C5 ground screw and an A2 lightly preloaded single nut.
Complementing the series are high lead (BSPH) and miniature screws (BSPM) covering rolled C7 and ground C5 grades; C5 ground screws have a maximum lead deviation of 0.018mm per 300mm and C7, 0.050mm.
Any combination of accuracy and preload can be supplied across all types.
All ballscrews are supplied, as standard, with the ends machined and the nut assembled onto the screw; bespoke machining and other special requirements can of course be accommodated.
A choice of supported-end and fixed-end bearing housings complete the programme. Request a free brochure from HepcoMotion ...
