From light high speed component placing to heavy lifting and handling its assemblies allow increased productivity, improved efficiency and reliable round-the-clock working.

The HepcoMotion linear driving packages are custom engineered to individual specification and are supported by extensive before and after sales service.

Comprising elements from the company's standard range of proven products that are themselves available ex-stock, the assemblies may be specified as rack, screw or belt-driven.

Further choices include a range of gearboxes and ancillary mechanical components as well as motor/control packages from HepcoMotion's system partner Smart Drives.

The bespoke system can be supplied ready assembled or in kit form.

Rarely does a better product cost less than its predecessor but that is certainly the case with the brand new UtiliTrak Linear Guideway System that appears for the first time at Machine Building 2007.

High precision has been achieved by the replacement of the original composite rail with a one-piece carbon steel rail that is both hardened and ground.

The economies achieved through its manufacture however will allow these benefits to be applied to a broad range of machine build applications.

New Utilitrak introduces four- and five-wheel carriage plates in addition to the three-wheeled version allowing higher loads to be accommodated.

The range is offered in two series, the SW with steel wheels and the PW that features polymer wheels that run on an anodised aluminium rail instead of the steel rail.

This provides an even more economical choice for lighter duty applications where highly smooth operation is not as critical.

This new addition to the HepcoMotion range is also very quick to install especially when two systems are used in parallel.

Thanks to the option of having one slide with DualVee guide wheels and the other with MadeWell crown rollers a slave side is created allowing the instant compensation for any mounting error.

If the application calls for high loads and demanding duty cycles the specified assembly could include elements from a new product range introduced by HepcoMotion earlier this year.

The SBD Sealed Belt Drive is a high performing yet cost-competitive product the provides a compact and exceptionally clean linear solution and introduces a brand new method of sealing that is considered to be far superior to that of alternative products on the market.

SBD not only satisfies industry's need for an efficiently sealed system that is immune to its environment but also provides HepcoMotion with a system that is eminently suited to clean-room conditions.

SBD is therefore introduced in two versions, standard for general engineering use and a clean-room alternative that is certified by the Franhofer Institute to confirm it compatibility.

This latest addition is available in two beam widths, 80mm and 100mm, and in single beam lengths up to 6m; longer units can be easily constructed by joining.

The mounting carriage plate is removable for customising.

It also incorporates an integral switch cam that can be mounted for left- or right-hand activation.

HepcoMotion's flagship GV3 universal linear motion system is also a natural choice for bespoke system specification as it offers such as wide range of sises, types and precision grades to meet most automation application needs.

As a result an optimum linear solution can be specified that suits meet performance criteria and budget.

To complement its linear motion products HepcoMotion introduced its MCS Machine Construction System.

This is now believed to be the most comprehensive of its type on the market.

The excellent rigidity of the new HepcoMotion MFS Machine Fencing System is provided by elements of this proven MCS aluminium profile product range.

An extensive choice of components allows the optimum structure to be created in any size and with standard or sliding doors, solid or mesh panels.
