At this year's ISA show in Las Vegas Hexis USA will show all new cast vinyl film with Hex'press adhesive technology for vehicle wraps and fleet graphics.
The product carries enhanced 2mil cast vinyl film and the latest adhesive compound that make the product repositionable during application and allowing easy elimination of air bubbles.
The film is suitable for solvent inkjet printers and Hexis provides downloadable ICC colour profiles for most printers.
The product features an embossed liner carrying a structured high performance adhesive and extremely conformable cast high performance vinyl film.
Fast and risk free transfers are the main benefits of the new cast film.
As the film remains repositionable during application, the user achieves substantial cost savings through more efficient application on compound curved substrates.
The product has a grey adhesive and polyethylene liner and is available in rolls 45m long and 1372mm wide.
