Bushings handle wires and cables up to 15.24mm
A new generation of Round Double D (RDD) Lockit self-locking strain relief bushings provide lasting strain relief against twisting and pulling for round wires and cables up to 15.24mm in diameter.
The bushing itself is designed to absorb all forces of push, pull and twist to protect the electrical components to which its wires are attached.
Easily positioned with fingertip pressure, the RDD Lockit requires no hand tool for chassis insertion so greatly reduces the risk of repetitive strain injury.
If preferred, automated application equipment can be used to speed up assembly and reduce costs.
Lockits can also be pre-attached onto the wire, as they do not depend on chassis insertion to remain in place.
Five chassis locking steps ensure that the RDD Lockit fits snugly into chassis thicknesses up to 4.0mm.
The RDD Lockit is UL listed, far exceeding UL's 35lb pull-out test, and carries a UL94V2 flame rating.
Standard colours are black and white with other colours possible, depending on quantity. Request a free brochure from Anixter Components ...
