Herbie is a one-piece, nylon "double-grip" hose clip available now from cable accessory and plastic fastener specialist Heyco.
Featuring a proven and patented double row of interlocking teeth the Herbie clip provides an extremely secure fit when tightened.
Ideal for securing hoses, wires or gaiters, the Herbie clip is quick and easy to fit using a choice of hand or air tools, reducing production times and maintenance costs.
Moulded in noncorrosive nylon 6,6, the Herbie clip is impervious to atmospheric conditions making it quick to adjust and easy to remove even after many years in place.
Product safety is also improved, as there are no sharp edges to cause damage to hoses or injury to the operator.
The Herbie clip can be used in applications with pressures up to 14bar and in temperatures from -40 to +150C across a broad range of industries including automotive, white goods, electrical, marine and agricultural.
A choice of 37 sizes in a range of colours provides clamping diameters from 5.6 to 171.0mm.
