In partnership with design and manufacturing operation, Axcell (based in New Jersey, USA), Heyco now offers full service engineering, tooling development and production of custom injection moulded products.
Axcell is an extension of Heyco's state-of-the-art injection moulding operations, offering greater flexibility and shortened lead times in the development of steel production tooling.
The partnership with Axcell adds to Heyco's existing custom design capability.
Heyco's experienced design team uses computer aided design (CAD), mould flow analysis software, and rapid prototyping technology to design custom products in a variety of polymeric materials.
Other manufacturing processes available include: extrusion, stamping, dip moulding and compression moulding.
