Anixter Components has added a wide selection of industrial and commercial tapes to its extensive portfolio.
Plastic fastener and cable management accessories specialist Anixter Components (formerly Heyco) has added a wide selection of industrial and commercial tapes to its extensive portfolio.
The new range includes protection, glazing and waterproof cloth tapes that are ideal for temporary or long-term fixing in a variety of applications including packaging, glazing and HVAC.
The new glazing tapes are available in both single and double-sided formats and offer extensive protection, insulation and antivibration properties.
When compressed the tape offers a reliable seal against water, weather, dust or air.
The tape can be used in a wide variety of applications including curtain walling, structural glazing, seals for ductwork in ventilation and air conditioning systems, internal partitions, automotive, container manufacture and cladding.
The tape's adhesive is guaranteed to last for 10 years in security UPVC window glazing applications.
Anixter Components' self-adhesive protection tapes provide an extremely versatile method of temporary surface protection such as that required in packaging and transportation.
The tapes suit a wide variety of surfaces including stainless steel, aluminium, plastic, laminates and paint.
General purpose waterproof cloth tape (gaffer tape) is ideal for joining polythene and other materials used in the HVAC industry, such as sealing air ducts, pipes or joints.
