Depending on the engine size, there are between six and nine different Harnessflex connector interfaces protecting vulnerable wiring on all the senders and sensors on the engine.

Specialist conduit systems from Harnessflex are protecting wiring and connectors on the Cummins Euro 4 engine range.

Harnessflex was brought in to solve a problem on the harness application, which led to the specification of the complete wiring application harness.

Depending on the engine size, there are between six and nine different Harnessflex connector interfaces protecting vulnerable wiring on all the senders and sensors on the engine.

These are vital to the engine's ECU and the Harnessflex systems offer protection to what otherwise would be highly vulnerable locations.

Harnessflex worked closely in the development of the interfaces with Cummins and many of its suppliers.

Combining a full range of fittings and connectors, the Harnessflex range offers full electrical system integrity, protecting any vulnerable part of the electrical harness, providing stability and support for the system.

Its use ensures that there are no vulnerable connectors exposed to the elements, which could easily cause malfunction and failure, compromising the operation of the vehicle.
