Hitek's on-site mobile calibration service has now been extended to its RF and Microwave customers.
Already well known within the industry for its expertise in the RF and MW field, Hitek will now prove to be even more cost effective to its clients by ensuring the lowest possible downtime.
By using the on-site mobile service offered by Hitek, clients will not only minimise costly downtime but will also reduce rental costs and avoid any damage which could occur during transportation.
There are very few calibration companies within the industry who possess sufficient engineering knowledge to enable them to carry out RF and Microwave testing.
One of the reasons that Hitek is a leader in this field is due to its Managing Director, Martin Kulin, who is himself a RF and Microwave engineer, having worked in the past for such well known companies as BT, Hewlett Packard, Rohde and Schwarz and Livingstone UK Ltd.
As the equipment used within the RF and Microwave industry is highly expensive and the test equipment is extremely complex, the services offered by Hitek with its mobile or on-site calibration service will enable clients to carry on with production without the need for costly rentals.
All types of RF and Microwave calibration services can be performed by Hitek including: Frequency Measurement to 22.5GHz; AM.FM and Phase modulation; RF high power to 50watts at frequencies up to 1GHz; Attenuation calibration down to 120db; VSWR to 18GHz and much more.
Hitek calibration services is able to calibrate among others: Power sensors; Power Meters; Spectrum analysers; Attenuators; Receivers; Transmitters; Modulation meters; Counters and Network analysers.
Hitek which is accredited to UKAS and ISO9002, caters for both large and small companies and does not impose an unrealistic minimum charge for its services, thereby ensuring that the smaller client can benefit from its on-site and mobile services at a sensible price.
