Hitachi Denshi will introduce five new cameras at IPOT 2006 with IEEE1394.b or CameraLink interfaces for the digital imaging market.

Hitachi Denshi will introduce five new cameras at IPOT 2006 with IEEE1394.b or CameraLink interfaces for the digital imaging market.

The KP-F140F, KP-FD140F and KP-F80F are compact and lightweight, measuring 44 x 44 x 54mm and weighing just 130g.

All three models are high resolution, have progressive scan CCDs with square pixels, C lens mount, trigger, electronic shutter, internal or external sync, remote control, support IEEE1394.b interface and are vibration and shock resistant.

The KP-FD140F and the KP-F140F are 1.45Mpixel models having half-inch CCDs with 1392 x 1040 pixel and offer a partial scanning function.

The KP-FD140F also has a primary colour mosaic filter.

The KP-F80F has a third-inch CCD with 1034 x 779 pixel.

The KP-F30SCL and the KP-F200SCL are very small and lightweight, measuring just 29 x 29 x 29mm and weighing 53g, have progressive scanning CCDs with square pixels, 8 or 10bit CameraLink digital interface, C lens mount, variable shutter, frame on demand, serial communication, internal or external sync and are vibration and shock resistant.

The KP-F200SCL employs a 1/1.8in 2Mpixel CCD with 1628 x 1236 pixel and operates at 15 frames per second.

The KP-F30SCL employs a third-inch CCD with 659 x 494 pixel and operates at 60 frames per second.

The HV-F31F, HV-F31CL, HV-F22F and HV-F22CL are compact and lightweight, measuring 65 x 65 x 130mm and weighing just 600g.

All four models are high resolution, have CCDs with square pixels, excellent colour image capture, auto shading correction with six independent colour masking adjustments for accurate specific colour detection, AGC to +12dB, C lens mount, one trigger frame on demand, electronic shutter and are vibration and shock resistant.

(3g vibration and 50g shock).

The HV-F31F and the HV-F31CL have third-inch CCDs, progressive scanning with 1024 x 768 square pixels, IEEE1394 (FireWire) interface (HV-F31F) and CameraLink interface (HV-F31CL).

The HV-F22F and the HV-F22CL have half-inch CCDs, progressive scanning with 1360 x 1024 square pixels, IEEE1394 (FireWire) interface (HV-F22F) and CameraLink interface (HV-F31CL).

A number of output formats are possible in either RGB or YUV with frame rates from 7.5 to 30 frames per second and shutter speeds from 1/100,000th to 4 seconds, depending upon the selected format.

The KP-M20, KP-M30 and KP-F30 are ultracompact and lightweight, measuring 29 x 29 x 38.5mm and weighing just 55g.

The KP-F30 is a third-inch CCD progressive scan VGA format monochrome high sensitivity camera running at 60 frames per second.

It has square pixels, a high-speed electronic shutter, frame on demand modes and is resistant to high levels of shock and vibration.

The KP-M20 (half-inch CCD) and KP-M30 (third-inch CCD) share the same specification with 560 TV lines resolution, 0.3 lux sensitivity, electronic shutter, field or frame integration and high resistance to shock and vibration.

The KP-F120 series is expanded to include models with CameraLink, FireWire (IEEE1394) and EIA-644 digital outputs.

All models have a two-thirds-inch square lattice 1.45Mpixel progressive scan CCD (1392 x 1040 pixels), 30 frames per second (15 frames per second Firewire and USB version), electronic shutter to 1/50,000th second, partial scanning to 190 frames per second, near IR sensitivity and remote control.

The KP-F200 and KP-F200CL use a 2.01Mpixel 1/1.8in high resolution progressive scan square pixel CCD running at 24 frames per second, partial scan up to 200 frames per second, electronic shutter to 1/50,000th second, frame on demand with CameraLink interface on the KP-F200CL and EIA-644 output on the KP-F200.

The KP-FD30 and KP-FD30CL are progressive scan VGA format single CCD colour cameras offering excellent colour performance with three auto white balance modes, newly developed digital signal processing, high speed electronic shutter to 1/50,000th second, slow speed operation to 8 seconds per frame and RS232C remote control, with CameraLink interface on the KP-FD30CL.
