To this end, its Competence Centre offers the complete range of network services for industrial Ethernet from consulting, through training, to support.

The consulting arm of the Competence Centre specialises not only in expert advice on existing or proposed networks, but also helps with design, right through to project management during the implementation of the network, working alongside all contributing companies.

The training section offers a wide range of industrial Ethernet courses, seminars and workshops at a location and in a language to suit requirements from introductory level through to complete network design and management.

A modular certification programme is also available with a focus on products or technology.

Modules are completed and tests are conducted online, allowing the trainee to progress at a pace best suited to them as an individual.

The support team, complete with a support hotline available up to 24 hours a day, specialises not only in support for the maintenance of mission critical networks, but can also provide local help for installation and configuration of networks or systems.

The Competence Centre is manned 24 hours a day and services are available in over 30 countries around the world.
