The ATEX certified PL range of EExe junction boxes from Hawke International has a new model - the PL626.

The ATEX certified PL range of EExe junction boxes from Hawke International has a new model - the PL626.

This box carries all the hallmarks of the existing Hawke range - strength, reliability and sealing performance.

It also uses the unique removable/underwireable terminal rail, from the company's stainless steel EZE enclosure product, to assist the wiring process and greatly reduce installation time.

Build quality and ATEX certification makes the PL range an ideal choice for original equipment manufacturers, engineers, maintenance departments and in other environments where safety, performance and reliability are priorities.

Manufactured from high strength antistatic, glass-reinforced polyester (GRP), the junction boxes are tough enough to survive impacts of up to 20Nm - three times the force of similar EExe approved enclosures.

Together with the highly reliable silicone gasket, field proven IP66/67 performance and exceptional chemical resistance, Hawke reckons it is raising the industry benchmark for junction box design.
