Designed for the quick and easy setting of axes on production machines, Halstrup Walcher integrated positioning systems combine a brushless motor, 24V drive, precision gearbox and absolute encoder in a compact and easy-to-fit package.
Several exclusive design innovations set these products apart from their competitors.
The integrated clamp couplings and antirotation pin mean that no additional mounting equipment is required.
The multiturn absolute encoder is mounted on the output of the gearbox, thus removing any backlash from the setting system.
Profibus, CANopen or DeviceNet communications allow easy connection to any master control system.
