Hoffman's Type 1 Locking Window Pull Box Accessory allows users to monitor controls while blocking unauthorised access.

Hoffman continues its tradition of off-the-shelf innovation with a new Type 1 Locking Window Pull Box Accessory that enables users to prevent unauthorised access to switch banks, dimmers and other panel-mount controls "Previously, customers had to order a custom enclosure to obtain the locking and control viewing features included in Hoffman's new standard product", said Glen Kampa, Hoffman's Contractor Products Product Manager

"Hoffman's Locking Window Accessory is readily available to convert ordinary pull boxes into secure human-building interfaces".

Designed to easily replace 8 x 8 to 24 x 24in standard Type 1 pull box covers, this Hoffman exclusive, off-the-shelf accessory features a cylinder key lock on its hinged door and tamper-proof mounting screws.

The 0.47625cm polycarbonate viewing window facilitates control monitoring, while the removable 0.3175cm aluminium dead-front panel provides for quick and easy device cutouts and labelling.

The Locking Window Accessory, constructed of 16-gauge steel with a versatile black finish inside and out, is designed for flush or surface mounting in libraries, gymnasiums, conference centres and other applications in which controls need to be monitored but not regularly changed.
