Horton Holding, the provider of fan drives, fans and wire form products, has hired Jeff Blankenship as Vice President of Quality Assurance.
Horton Holding has hired Jeff Blankenship as Vice President Of Quality Assurance.
Blankenship will oversee Horton's Warranty and Field Service group, quality functions in all plants and the company wide Lean Six Sigma efforts.
Blankenship has 28 years of experience in automotive and recreational vehicle industries.
Most recently, he was Director Of Quality, Six Sigma and Lean Production at Bombardier Recreational Products in Sturtevant, Wis., USA, for the company's outboard engine manufacturing plants.
Bombardier Recreational Products manufactures snowmobiles, watercraft, sport boats and all-terrain vehicles for global markets.

"His expertise will help challenge our staff to develop optimal solutions for our customers".
Previously, Blankenship was operational excellence leader for US and Canada operations of Tower Automotive in Novi, Mich.; Director of Manufacturing Support Services for RWD Technologies, in Dearborn, Mich.; Director of Supplier Development for International Truck and Engine Company in Westchester, Ill.
He also worked for almost a decade in various quality management roles at Honda, including three years in Japan.
Blankenship is certified by the American Society for Quality as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
He received a bachelor's degree in political science from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
