Bassinger will have responsibility for TS16949 quality system maintenance and auditing, supplier quality assurance, reliability engineering, field service and warranty administration.

Bassinger has more than 30 years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
Most recently, he was Director of Quality Assurance for the US operations of Getrag Corporation, a systems supplier and integration partner of transmission and drivetrain systems.
Bassinger also held positions as purchasing manager and manufacturing manager with Getrag.
In addition, Bassinger has worked at General Motors - as Quality Supervisor for the facility in Three Rivers, Michigan; and as quality and materials supervisor for the facility in Toledo, Ohio.
