Herzog comes to Horton from Polaris Industries, where he directed the design and development of Polaris engines and transmissions.
Prior to that, he spent 20 years at Cummins Power Generation, where he held positions as a Design and Application Engineer, Engineering Manager, Engineering Director and General Manager.
Herzog also worked for Deere as a Design Engineer for logging and construction equipment.
He has a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University.
