Ondrives puts HPC catalogue on the web
HPC Drives, of Chesterfield, have developed an on-line version of its 578-page catalogue of mechanical drive components at, www.ondrives.com.
Catalogue covers over 30,000 drive components
Ondrives has launched its new 888-page catalogue containing detailed information on over 30,000 mechanical drive components.
The spring plungers are available as standard with hexagon socket and pressure pins or slot and ball and can also be secured with Long-Lok where required.
Thread sizes of M3 to M20 are available and both steel and stainless versions can be purchased.
Ball spring plungers are also available in either double ended smooth or threaded versions, with either a hard stainless or Acetal ball as options.
Locking bolts are available in four different forms in either steel or stainless steel and sizes M10 to M20 are standard.
Locking bolts are used to prevent any change in locking position due to shearing forces.
A new locking position can only be set after the bolt has been manually disengaged.
Form C (with locking slot/without locking nut) or D (with both locking slot and locking nut) is recommended for applications in which gradual disengagement of the locking bolt without any relocking of the pin is desired.
Wheels, levers and knobs are available in many different forms from disk handwheels, spoked handwheels, tension levers and valve wheels to control and flat control handles, clamp levers, star and lobe knobs.
Airmovers are offered to provide a cheap and effective solution to convey light materials, extract fumes, smoke or air or simply cool down a hot area of a product quickly.
Airmovers are extremely quiet and efficient and can amplify compressed air input up to 100 times allowing increased airflow while substantially reducing compressed air consumption.
