Ondrives offer a range of Drylin linear bearings and rails within the linear motion section of their mechanical drive components catalogue.

Ondrives offer a range of Drylin linear bearings and rails within the linear motion section of their mechanical drive components catalogue.

The Drylin T slide guide rails were developed for applications in the automation and handling industries.

Rather than extreme precision the development objective was a robust linear guide system for reliable use in the widest range of different environments.

They are shock resistant and have an extremely low weight design.

Drylin T slide guide rails are exceptionally quiet in operation because there are no moving parts or metallic rollers.

Also available within the Drylin range are plain and flanged bushings in a variety of different plastics suitable for a number of different applications, including food/pharmaceutical grades.

They are maintenance free and use modern high performance polymers to achieve optimum results with a large number of shaft materials.

A wear reduction of up to 90% is achievable with these bushings through careful choice of the material compound.

Due to their increased capabilities, the new generation of polymer plain bearings open up whole new applications, the company states.
