Crossed axis helical reduction gearboxes are one of the most popular gearbox ranges at specialist UK based gearbox manufacturer, Ondrives of Chesterfield.

They are in-house produced in line with their rigorous ISO 9001:2000 Lloyds Register Quality Assurance standards, ensuring peace of mind every time for the customer, the company states.

They range from the smallest size at 34mm x 34mm square, right up to 96mm x 96mm as standard.

Standard ratios available range from 1:1 to 40:1 for the heavy duty helical and worm wheel type, and 1:1 to 5:1 for the large bore version (96mm x 96mm square only).

All boxes are supplied with Ondrives signature red anodised aluminium casing as standard, with other colours available on request.

Right hand helicals are standard, but left hand (reverses output rotation) versions are also available.

Special bores, including metric and imperial sizes, can be manufactured to customer's specifications upon request.
